# Questions about Groove-V Productions

The short answers to what people ask before they book. All of it is from Groove-V itself.

## What does Groove-V Productions do?

Groove-V Productions specializes in event capture and sports broadcasting, through live streaming or traditional video production. It also creates corporate promotional videos, training videos, and sport and audition reels.

## Where is Groove-V based, and where does it work?

Groove-V is based at 239 Main Street in Penticton, BC. Its video production services and web streaming serve the Okanagan Valley and abroad.

## Can you stream my event live?

Yes. Live content can be transmitted to big screens on site, streamed over the internet, or recorded for use later. For sports, Groove-V can live stream your own broadcast to reach a global market, and also offers pay-per-view (PPV) web streaming to create a revenue stream.

## Do I need a big crew or a big budget for event coverage?

Groove-V can attend your festival or event and bring a production truck's worth of gear and technology, without a big crew or costs to produce and record the event.

## Do you have a studio?

Yes. Groove-V has a small in-house studio for filming and voice-overs, and a broadcast trailer that brings production services to your music or sporting event.

## What equipment do you use?

For live work: multi-camera broadcast switchers and equipment that captures the action in High Definition, with instant replay and score board text and graphics for sports. For promotional video: professional grade 4K cameras, shotgun and lavalier microphones, prime lenses, and tools such as sliders, jibs and gimbals.

## Which sports have you broadcast?

Groove-V is a broadcast partner for FloHockey and YouTube. Hockey work includes the CSSHL Western Canadian Championships (208 games), CSSHL regular season and home games, BCHL games, and 42 Penticton Vees (WHL) home games last season, now streamed on YouTube.
